Q) How can I apply for a trade account with Connexions?
A) You can apply for a trade account by downloading the trade application form and faxing it back to us on +44 1707 269 444.

Q) How do I place an order?
A) You can place your order online, by fax or by telephone with one of our sales representatives.

Q) How much is delivery?
A) Delivery charge is £10 per order to UK destinations.

Q) What delivery options do you offer?
A) We send all goods through Parceline on a next day delivery, this is not a guaranteed service and delivery can take up to 48 hours.

Q) What time should I expect my parcel to be delivered?
A) Deliveries are made between 8am – 6pm.

Q) What happens if I am not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?
A) The courier will leave you a delivery card for you to contact them in order to re-arrange delivery.

Q) What payment methods are available?
A) Payment options for your convenience: Credit card, Debit card, Bank Transfer. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Q) How do you secure credit card payments?
A) Payment details are sent to us securely using PGP key and put through our PDQ machine.

Q) What happens if the product I ordered is not in stock?
A) We will inform you by email with an indication of the availability date. If this situation occurs, we will dispatch your order as soon as we receive the product.

Q) If I order from you again, do you keep my personal details or do I have to go through the order process from the beginning?
A) Your personal details will be saved and if you place a new order, your personal details will appear when you enter your username and password. For security reasons, we do not keep your card details, so these will need to be re-entered with each new order.
