Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and

Prices
These are subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed exclusive
of Value Added Tax and the tax computation for VAT is shown during the

Contract
Any order placed through the use of this web site is an offer to purchase.
Acceptance of any offer to purchase is only fulfilled when Connexions (UK) PLC
sends a VAT invoice to the customer. Any email sent to a customer
acknowledging receipt of order or payment is for customer courtesy only.
If we are unable to fulfill your order request, we will advise you promptly
and issue a prompt refund.
Delivery
All orders (subject to stock availability) are normally dispatched within
48 hours. Orders received before 4.00 pm are normally dispatched the same
day. Orders received on Bank Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched
on the next business day. If we are unable to dispatch within this period
we will contact you to arrange a mutually agreed alternative date. If
we cannot agree another date, we will issue a full refund of the purchase
price.
Returns & Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact

who will be pleased to arrange a full refund of the purchase price, within
a maximum of 30 days, subject to the following:-
You must return the goods unused and in the condition you received the
goods, in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the return carriage costs.
